Rates, shown in euros, are per night, per apartment. Weekly rates refer to at least 7 consecutive nights. Minimum-night stays vary between 1 and 7 nights depending on the season. Cleaning fees are shown separately from the prices per night.

Rates include:

Sheets and towels;
If full apartments, cooking and dining wares with exclusive access to the kitchen;
All utilities (electricity, gas, water, air conditioning);
Initial and final housekeeping;

Additionally, DesignD Stays assumes no responsibility for any damage to the guest by events related to the use of the apartment, including physical, material, and losses caused by fire, theft, or any other kind of criminal activity.
